Isn’t most everyone with knowledge or proximity to the Legacy Program tied to intelligence?
What makes Hal different than anyone else?

He has worked for both the NSA and the CIA. He led the "psychic spy" program for the CIA through the Stanford Research Institute known as Project Stargate and more recently is linked to John frickin Podesta and that crew through the To the Stars Academy.
He is the spookiest of spooks out there, man.

Of course white people are an alien type.

I’m not saying you are wrong or taking a stance. Just curious where you were drawing the line.
Who do you trust? Lacatski (sp?)? Elizondo? Matthew Brown?

It’s comes from the Bible and books much much older bro. It’s even much older than we have been on this planet.
It’s basically been the Orion Alliance (reptilians) against the Galatic Federation, (Star Trek got their shite from them), it was like WW2 for yr Galaxy but was millions on years ago. Mars was the dominant power in the Alliance with the Reptiles, and the aggressors.
Guess what said we were on?

I don't actually trust any of them. I spent too long down those rabbit holes, man. These days I just look at what they might have to say and see if it fits within my paradigm of what I would consider makes sense or not.
Think about it like this. The government is saying they want to come clean on this stuff, right? Trump is at least. And we have folks in Congress who genuinely appear to be trying to get it disclosed as well. And I think that's awesome.
However, if the truth were actually that there is an ongoing war over our heads between 3 different races of extraterrestrial beings with at least one of those (the reptilians) being hostile to humans, there is ZERO chance that they would actually disclose that. Therefore, this story is bullshite. Imo anyways. I know I could be wrong, but I don't think I am. This is what logic would seem to indicate to me.

I do believe some of our ancient texts spoke of "the others", however you want to define them.

I generally agree with your stance. I think Jesse Michels does a good job of similarly defining where one should be wary.
Once things start getting discreetly specific, I usually label that in the disinformation bucket.
With that said, my BS meter does not go up with Grusch; not to say he hasn’t been duped and relaying bad info.
I haven’t completely finished the podcast yet but a lot of what Grusch is saying tracks with other anecdotal claims within the UFO-environment. Again; not saying I believe it but he was speaking very matter of factly and confidently on where he thought disclosure would land prior to the end of Trump’s term.

Skirmishes, not a war.

Six of one, half a dozen of another. I stand by that. If the truth of the matter was that there were ongoing "hostilities" (let us call them) between 3 different races of beings with one of those beings being hostile towards humans (the reptilians) this is not something they would be wanting to disclose to us. Not even remotely. Trump would just say, "I can't tell you" and leave it at that.
BTW, on this subject. If you actually listen to what Trump HAS said on this matter, he essentially acknowledges that there is a phenomenon worth disclosing to the people, but that the people might not like to hear it, and he has repeatedly shot down the notion of "aliens." If, like me, you think Trump is an honest guy, that narrows down the possibilities some.

Reptilians get a bad rap because we are genetically programmed for two fears:
Fear of public speaking or being a leader and fear of reptiles.
Do you ever know why? They are not really hostile at all. One the nicest of the others to me.
What if we didn’t really evolve from monkeys but devolved from the war lords of mars. What if we were placed here after the great galatic war after Mars was destroyed. This isn’t our home planet, Mars is.
Our allies in that war were the reptilians. They get in trouble for fricking with us to try to activate or get us to remember. The war gods of mars were creatures of great power, and would be called Gods, they made war against most of the Galaxy and almost won. But we don’t know how to use or access to those powers. We were made to fear becoming leaders or war leaders, like we genetically really are, and to fear reptilian to keep us from becoming allies with them again because he’s considered a threat to the peace of the galaxy.
That’s my theory anyway. They are nice to me because I carry the soul of a warlord that destroyed the great city in the war, and I kinda remember them. The insects are very very iffy on me, some definitely hate me.

Right. And seeing the likes of Hal Puthoff saying the same shite doesn't give me much confidence at all. Like none actually. I find this story more interesting from a disinformation angle than anything else.
I'm pretty much with you on that.
Most of the "shocking" claims I've seen from Grusch are just recycled claims that sound very familiar to anyone who listened to Coast to Coast back in the day. The description of the four races dates back at least to John Lear.
And Grusch is just claiming to have seen documents - nothing first hand - that are themselves likely just documentation of claims and stories from UFO enthusiasts.
I feel pretty confident that most of these "disclosure" guys are involved in some sort of disinformation campaign. The "why" is what's interesting. I tend to assume that a lot of it is simply to confuse citizens and enemies regarding advanced technology developed by our own gov't and defense contractors.
