There is a reason somebody had designed that graphic. I don't think news channels prepare death graphics in advance. (Unless they thought she had passed away last week or something.) Methinks something is definitely up here.

Is it possible that, if she has died, it’s not in Trump’s best interest for the news to come out right now? Wouldn’t the shutdown have to end in order to hold a vote on a new nominee?

The WaPo story is the only component of the cover-up narrative that's up in the air. There were a bunch of stories that addressed the 2017 instance(s), but let's not kid ourselves - this old lady has been circling the drain for the entire DJT term, and likely before that.
