So you think of he can't get an AR he just says frick it and doesn't buy any guns?

People in Australia have a very difficult time buying weapons of that sort... and they haven't had a mass shooting since 1996 when they banned the things.... so I'm going to say yes to that.

So. Steve Israel's Department had numerous opportunities to stop this before it ever started bt picking this guy up or at least taking his guns, and they did NOTHING.

Then, the shooting starts, and they STILL DO NOTHING.

To cover his arse, he gets his friends at CNN to put on this so called Town Hall where he puts the blame everywhere except where it belongs, on himself.

The people in this place should be looking for him to put a rope around his neck..how stupid are they?

Australia had an amnesty turn in period less than a year ago. More than 50,000 guns were turned in as well as one rocket launcher.

So much for the original gun confiscation 22 years ago.

Rocker Launcher

Two “super bazooka” rocket launchers capable of destroying tanks on a battlefield were uncovered later on.

Isn’t this the sherif that louded Loshe for not wanting to band more guns. Well no wonder it appears his officers certainly don’t need them

I think there will be a temptation to go heavy on the police blaming to take the heat off the gun issue, but that isn't really what I'd like to see

Is that anything like the obsession America and specifically the right has with bootlicking every a-hole with a badge? When will we realize they aren’t all heroes anymore than they aren’t all cowards and/or corrupt. A badge shouldn’t bestow respect upon anyone. I can slap a badge on a tree for pity’s sake. There needs to be some police blaming here because it is well deserved. Add this to the bunch of Vegas cops who waited it out for an hour and a half on the steps, the cops and feds who ignored every single sign (and there were about a million) the Florida shooter was a danger, etc. and maybe, just maybe, we’re left with a cautionary tale about falling all over ourselves to lick the hind ends of every cop in existence. It’s not only nauseating, it’s dangerous.

And yet they want to ban the AR 15. Yeah, that makes sense

Please link to the part of the Australian constitution that says it's a basic constitutional right of its citizens to own guns.

Thanks, Mr. CPA, (but please don't ask me about IRA tax rules.)

I think what he’s saying is that if you expect the police to protect you rather than protecting yourself, you may be in deep shite

Rex, you are a troll man.

I refuse to believe you actually believe some of the things you say.

Your dialogue doesnt even come across as logical or sound. Hell it isnt even Left/Right in its texture often times, but rather sense and stupidity.

My dad is a sound liberal, but he is even sound and sane on certain things dealing with the constitution and nature.

You just come across as a pure troll or hack. You arent what you portray.

And we all know armed teachers would do better than highly trained police, right?

What we know is they are already on location and more than likely willing to defend, if not students, themselves. We also know sometimes the “highly trained” don’t do squat.

An armed teacher face to face with a crazed shooter has a better chance than a coward hunkered down outside of his squad car.

If I’m about to be shot, give me a fair chance to defend myself and those helpless youth that I am trying to educate. I might be able to teach them how to save lives.
