I remember some dude once won a case against indecent exposure because the mix of being like 400 lbs and having a baby dick meant there was no way the woman could have seen anything indecent.

He's not wrong. Trump is a heavier guy. And he's in his 70s. Would be very difficult to make that kind of move.
