IF "Person 3" is not McCabe, then I agree that they might have a good case.
Social media chatter says it is Daniel Richman

At what point does the prosecution have to inform the defense of the identities of Person 1 and Person 3?
Court will set a deadline requiring DOJ to turn over their shite.

I see the Richman posts, but I wouldn't say it's been established beyond a doubt.

The irony to this is that MSNBC and others leaked the coming indictment in panic, plus a try at tainting evidence.
The fresh news on this in MSM is the names of the redacted people. We know damned well the good guys at the DOJ would never do this. So they are again trying spoilage on the case again IN LEAKING AGAIN.
The Megyn Kelly podcast with a lawyer on the dem side are pondering if Comey's defense will be malicious prosecution.
If this is true-- then I naively & foolishly ask---Why didn't Flynn, Bannon, Navarro, Manafort, and all the others truly use malicious prosecution?
Is the logical and only answer because the DC judges were so tainted left and bias?
Therefore, a leftist judge would adhere to Comey, saying it is malicious to dare question his weird psychotic self?
Bueller, lawyers, class, class, anyone care to opine?
Will Comey's weirdo leaker friend go to jail for Comey? When we have James Baker and Andrew McCabe, the IG, possibly more... already throwing Comey under the bus in sworn testimony?

Amending my previous belief on person 3. I think it is James Baker, not the professor.
Should get more info this week, hopefully.
Funny, we can't clearly establish some of these names because Comey was such a tool.

The new media talking point is Biden never called on his DOJ to act. (Trying to get Trump for calling out Bondi from letting statute of limitations run out)
I blame Binder Bondi for this,.
Not that it matters...But Biden did express he was mad at the pace of Garland getting Trump; and removed Trump's clearance just to get him in the FBI raid.

A superseding indictment is a legal document that replaces a prior indictment to include new charges or amend errors. It is the result of a prosecutor presenting additional evidence to a grand jury, which may add parties and/or counts to the original indictment. Essentially, it allows for the inclusion of different or new charges and defendants, ensuring that the indictment reflects the most current information available.

When does Comey get silver bracelets?

The sheer audacity of complaining about President Trump urging Pam Bondi to do her job could not be more appalling.

Defense will be malicious prosecution.
Malicious prosecution is not a defense to a criminal indictment and trial. It is a cause of action in a civil matter for damages. If Comey is found not guilty (or the charges are dropped), he can sue the government for malicious prosecution by showing that he was found innocent, the government proceeded based on malice, and that he suffered damages.

Now let's see if the malicious murder of Lavoy Finicum by the FBI gets brought up. Wiki it, and you'll see no reference to Comey, yet he was the FBI director at the time. There may be a better reason to nail him on that crime. Just a guess. Comey had his hands in a lot of atrocities. It's just a matter of time for him. Tree Sun. That was his own tweet message in a picture he posted. He knows he is under a microscope.

It's obvious they went after Comey first because he's the most likely to talk and actually be truthful in that. Weasels gonna weasel

Wray was referred to DOJ in the news Aug 2, 2025. He lied under oath about the CCP and the 2020 election, as well as trad Catholics FBI infiltrated, and J6.
Trump posted about Wray. He may be on deck. Can anyone find where Wray went after resigning after it being said he was fired?

Good question. I used a couple AI approaches and couldn't find anything.
At least with Wray there wouldn't be the same statue of limitations problems that there are with Comey.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Didn't Comey write a new book about "right wing terrorists"?
