But muh campaign finance laws!

quote:

Contrast what is going on here with the treatment of the millions of dollars paid to a Democratic law firm which, in turn, paid out money to political research firm Fusion GPS and British ex-spy Christopher Steele without listing them on any campaign expenditure form — despite crystal-clear laws and regulations that the ultimate beneficiaries of the funds must be listed. This rule was even tightened recently. There is no question that hiring spies to do opposition research in Russia is a campaign expenditure, and yet, no prosecutorial raids have been sprung on the law firm, Fusion GPS or Steele. Reason: It does not “get” Trump.

Shocking. The most corrupt person to seek the office turns out to have broken a law that nearly everyone to sought that office has broken.

While that may be true, her surname is Clinton so laws do not apply.

Holy shite. Mark Penn ran Hillary's 2008 campaign. He isn't just some pollster.

To be fair, they shite all over him and blamed him for the loss in 2008. So he must be a little bitter.

More of the same, those people will never have anything done to them. They’re above reproach.

Well, if Mueller is doing his job, this would be being investigated too. This is an outgrowth of his investigation into Russian Meddling. It is within his very wide purvue. I'm sure he is getting right on that.

If he isn't it makes the tards saying "muh Mueller is a Republican" all the more moronic.

WOW! There you have it. As anyone with half a brain knows there is no there, there. The government has basically forced Cohen to confess to a non-crime so he can get a short sentence on what he is guilty of to establish a Trump connection. Mueller is a lawyer, that's all and he gets his atta boys producing scalps. He looks down on DJT and will not be satisfied until he gets some flesh. He will continue the march until he does. Face it Trump IS GUILTY of SOMETHING! And Mueller is determined to get him. Or force Trump to fire him which in his mind would be a W. Since that would make him the scapegoat and prove Trump's guilt and likely lead to a proceeding.

The R's in congress need to unite and force RR to bring this to a head since it has gotten way off track. There is no Russia but there must be something that we can nail him for and there likely is. If RR won't step up then I don't know if he can or not but Sessions, for the good of the country must un-recuse himself and fire both RR and Mueller. There is no Russians so clean that nest of vipers up. If Sessions can't do that then the R's need to stand behind him and ask him to fire both Sessions and RR and appoint someone who will wrap it up. And dare the Dems to do something about it. They can't as long as the Pubs stay united.

You mean if I pay a cutout it’s still not legal to pay off Russian intelligence sources and not report it?

Who would’ve ever believed it?

It’s from The Politico in 2008. Obama 2008 campaign fined $375,000. Nobody on the left cared. I mean, a $375,000 fine. Now, I wasn’t even gonna mention this because hypocrisy has been shown to be completely ineffective in shaming the left or in stopping them.
