Ford Motivation Very Clear Now

It is obvious to me now what is going on. Ford doesn't want to be put under oath and never was going to.
She just wants to win in the court of public opinion, which she thinks she can do with a passive, compliant media. She will refuse to testify by saying Grassley and the GOP treated her unfairly, then she will make the rounds on TV as a victim until election day.
Feinstein and the rest of the circus clowns need to be kicked out of the judiciary committee for this crap.

I think it was like dangling a carrot
The first hope was that there was really a woman out there with a gripe about Kav and it would bring her out into the open and this woman could then fade away. Like many came out against Weinstein after the first story broke.
It did not turn out like they planned and this lady has no way out now where she can save face. Then it turned into a big bluff and political fake out.
If this really happened she should say, when, where, who and what occurred.

I think this is accurate. Believe they thought it would be like one of their own, have this woman start it and several more would come forward to move the cause. Once that didn’t happen; she was backed on to the current corner. Provide details to senate committee or fade away.

Well said - they didn't fully appreciate the absolute cleanliness of Kavanaough - they cannot even manufacture a 'real incident' to be taken out of context with the man = as close to a model citizen (in the eyes of decent Americans, anyway - DEMOCRATs hate this) as possible to find in this day and age.
They are caught fly fishing in the Sahara with a rotting tuna in their creel as their only success.

I think it should happen. They want to impeach the President on hearsay and this is something they openly endorsed.
