Anyone who has seen the videos, road was slick and officers slipping approaching the vehicle. One officer by drivers door trying to halt driver after she failed to comply to command. Another officer at front of vehicle. It’s not that easy to move quickly on ice/snow. She should have complied with officers commands.
Secondly, it’s apparently not a big deal if you park your vehicle perpendicular to traffic in the middle of a street. According to CNN, it’s perfectly fine as long as traffic can go around on either side of

She was turning the steering wheel to the right away from the shooter, he was in no danger. The video clearly shows it.

Of course she did. Are was looking straight at him while she was still moving backwards. She jamed it into drive and gunned it while never taking her eyes off him.
Now she may not have thought she would hurt or kill him but she definitely tried to hit him.

I believe ICE is lawless at the moment. They will get away with anything right now. Whether it is legal or not.

You do realize cars have reverse correct. A person who is crazy enough to run you over would presumably be crazy enough to put it in reverse and finish the job.

As I have already posted to Aggie Hank, the reasonable legal standard in a potential life or death situation in which actions take place in milliseconds is not "What is the BEST answer?" It's whether a simple standard of "Is your life reasonably in danger?" has been met. It's a a simple binary, not an essay question.
You know why? Because when you have milliseconds to make a decision, you don't have time for an essay.
So in the context of deciding whether this officer did anything wrong, your question is irrelevant.
It might be relevant in reviewing it for training purposes. But not in the context of deciding whether the officer violated his office.
I posted this upthread, but it's really easy for you to sit in your robe and slippers in your recliner at home watching the video, rewinding and watching, rewinding and watching, pausing at a particular spot to see exactly what was happening there, resuming, etc., and think, "Well it's obvious that she wasn't trying to cause harm or put anyone in danger," but again, that's not the standard. The officer on the scene didn't have the multiple views you had. He wasn't watching in a robe and slippers from his recliner. He didn't get to pause the video and rewind it and watch again. He didn't have unlimited time to think about it and come to the conclusion that it might be better to just get a tag number because it was obvious from the view 20 feet behind the car that the driver was not going to put herself on a trajectory that might endanger anyone else.
I actually am amazed that y'all have so little ability to understand that.
No offense, but it seems kind of low IQ.
