When you can't even claim fraud without being indicted you really think there will be motivation to properly investigate to determine what evidence actually exists?
Absence of evidence is not proof of innocence.

He’s not being indicted for “claiming” election fraud.
Absence of evidence may not be proof of innocence, but it certainly isn’t proof of guilt.
