All government spending should be on publicly available block chain for tracking. The people should keep cash, silver, and gold and the only the government should be forced to adopt digital currency use for accountability and prosecutable evidence

What is this tracking exactly? Foreign campaign contributions? Foreign money going into "charities" like The Clinton Initiative?
