What's the best place near the beach in Martin County?

It's actually called Jupiter island. Covers both Martin and Palm Beach.

I haven't been to every beach but

Destin, Palm Beach, St. Augustine when you walk through St. George Street you see Trump flags on a lot of places.

Yeah, both in Brevard County. Proximity to the Orlando airport is nice and your 3+ hours from South Florida.

Fairly conservative too I think. Panhandle just seems so far from the rest of the state.

Yeah. NOT Boca lol.

Northern bit of PBC from Gardens to Martin county line the most conservative area in south Florida I’d imagine. I work in Jupiter it’s not overly wacky at all. Martin county is blowing up and it’s pretty conservative and just a few minutes from northern palm beach county.

I’d look at Stuart/hobe sound/ Hutchinson Island.

It’s the mass of people in the big cities.

In all honesty, if conservative politics + great beaches are your two primary criteria, the Pensacola-to-SanDestin strip should be your only choice.

Ton of money being spent on construction and infrastructure improvements here in the past couple of years, well into the billions.

Beaches are amongst the best in the world.

Is the business dependent on the demographics of the area or is this just to have a presence in Florida?

South of Tampa around Bradenton(Ana Marie Island) down to Sarasots/Siesta key area has beautiful beaches and outside of the tourist season is about 50/50 (conservative/Liberal).

There are spots along the east coast where you will find that same 50/50 mix. Basically from Titusville down to north of Palm Beach, but I'm not a fan of eats coast beaches.

The panhandle (other than Pensacola) to west of Tallahassee is the most conservative portion of the state but is void of any areas for them to "rage".

If that's what they are looking for, the perfect medium would probably be the Tampa area. Not as many liberals as Miami but more "rage" locations than NW Florida.

But the beaches there are pretty unimpressive.
