Do you think Flake has been clear on his position and how he will vote? Do you think that he'll vote to confirm if the FBI investigation returns what most expect...no verifiable proof of anything?
I personally have no faith in Flake and I think it's totally reasonable for me to have that opinion. He's running around the talkshow circuit with a democrat being vague. He said that he was influenced by the elevator scene which is very, very likely to have been staged.
Tell me why I should trust Flake.

And being partisan or not has ZERO to do with becoming a SC Judge. None. It is interpretation of the Constitution. Do you think second amendment rulings by the court is partisan Mother fricker?
We arent voting here for a senator or congressman. This is for Supreme Court bitch. I never once said any nominee should be voted down because of their political stance, only their interpretation of the constitution. You should know this hack frick.
