This WaPo article has a link to the study. The study is pretty long (60+ pages) so still reading through it.

See, this is why I strictly only drink mixed drinks.

Nobody but the bartender is putting anything crazy in my drinks, which I will tip accordingly!

Who decided to change from Detroit's water to using polluted water from the Flint River?

I don't care what political affiliation the governor of Michigan is. It was a failure on several levels and a pretty embarrassing thing to happen in this country.

From this:

LANSING — Flint's fateful decision to sever its ties with the City of Detroit as its supplier of drinking water went all the way up to the Michigan governor's office, state records obtained under Michigan's Freedom of Information Act show.

It goes into more detail as to how it exactly was approved.

But where did the failure start? Passing blame on up the ladder is the easy way out.

So democrats sent the idea to the republican governor because they thought it was a good idea and he said, "sure, go for it"?

Sounds like a bipartisan issue.
