They really need to be trained on the idea of what hate speech is. Hate speech is not something you don't like or disagree with.
This would be like me dismissing anything of historical significance being important to learn that occurred before my birth year. Just because I wasn't around when it happened doesn't mean I shouldn't learn about it. I hope #FiringDay gets trending on Twitter.

Okay one more try...
Think of an algorithm as a mail sorting machine instead of a postman. A lot of letters come in and it sorts and decides what ends up in your mailbox.
algorithmic transparency - Think of this as the post office showing you how the machine works
algorithmic choice - Think of this as you having input into how the machine sorts. Say, you don't want the Victoria's Secret catalog any more, it'll sort that out.
algorithmic amplification - This would be the machine sorting even more of your mail and the postman would be even less involved
ethical AI tooling and methodologies - This is usually defined as creating a machine that doesn't decide that it should kill you

The keystone pipeline workers would love a word with this entitled bunch. The coal workers in PA and KY would like the floor after that. After that… the workers fired for not taking a shot they didn’t want and has been proven to not prevent the spread of Covid would love the final word.

This guy has had months to plan an exit strategy and didn't. These people must have been convinced that the Musk deal wasn't gng to happen.
