Finally found a girl that I was semi attracted to.

Just moved to DFW. Wasn't having too much luck because of Covid. Finally found a girl that I was attracted to mentally and physically (or so I thought).
Got the bombshell dropped on me last night:
Her- hey you kind of hinted at this yesterday but how important are politics to you?
Me: Oh I don't like to talk about them with friends and family but I'm a Conservative/Republican.
Her: Ahh ok. I'm in the Green Party
Me: WTF is the green party
That's gonna be a yikes for me dog.

Having a Masters today doesn't mean a person can't still be a total libtard, especially depending on the school. While I often think trying to date or hook up with a lib would be like slitting your wrist, depends on if this girl/woman still has somewhat of an open mind. It could be she is influenced by her friends too; you will find out everything over the next few weeks. But if she is a staunch feminist type, this will not end well.
