I've been saying for a long time that I like the guy and he's the most sane Democrat. I know how he votes, but he has always been respectful to Trump.

Fetterman is a unique politician in that he’s honest and has no hidden agenda. He has core values and will not change them to appease voters. He is who he is.
And that’s refreshing to see even from someone like me who may disagree with 80 percent of his views

So his brain was being denied, slowly but surely, the blood needed for critical thinking which caused Fetterman to sound like a democrat. Then the stroke occurs and a new Fetterman occurs due to more blood to the brain.
That makes perfect sense. I wonder if that "low blood flow to brain" effect has been documented anywhere else.
