What's your point? I am for prosecuting anybody who breaks the law...even if they're law enforcement.

I screamed from the rooftops about why the Trump DOJ should have reopened the investigation of Michael Byrd. I posted about it under Biden...but suppression of evidence and prosecutions made sense under the team that staged the Fedsurrection.

Same about the officers who lied under oath about J6...but particularly Harry Dunn who committed clear perjury against the Oath Keepers.

A quick search showed this about me wondering why the Trump DOJ wasn't releasing more information about Ashli Babbett:

Agreed. The one thing we KNOW is that Matthew Evans won't be CONVICTED of obstruction. In the unlikely event that a reporter asks DOJ about Evans's claim that he was called off, they can just say "no comment on a matter that might be under investigation."

This is the same cheap smear as saying Joe Kent was "under investigation for leaking classified documents." It gives the villagers feces to sling at objective observers...even though it was a lie from the beginning.

If you're referring to Christian Castro's January 14, 2026 shooting in Minneapolis, there were actually two men involved, and that's important to distinguish.

Alfredo Aljorna was the man Castro and another ICE agent were chasing after a traffic stop. Aljorna ran into the home he shared with Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis, and Castro fired through the closed door, striking Sosa-Celis in the leg.

Federal authorities initially characterized both Aljorna and Sosa-Celis as “violent criminal illegal aliens” and charged them with assault. Those charges were subsequently dropped after video evidence contradicted the agents' account.

But according to Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty, both men were legally in the United States. A report specifically states that “both men were legally in the U.S.”

So, no—the man Castro was chasing, Alfredo Aljorna, was not an illegal alien according to the subsequent reporting. The government's original characterization was apparently false.

Was Aljorna deported?
I cannot find evidence that Aljorna was deported. In fact, the available reporting indicates that the federal assault case against him was dropped after the video evidence undermined the government's allegations. I also haven't found a subsequent ICE removal proceeding or deportation record for him.

There is an interesting wrinkle, though: the man who was actually shot, Sosa-Celis, was the homeowner/occupant rather than the person Castro was chasing. So if your question is specifically about the person Castro was pursuing, that's Alfredo Aljorna, and the evidence I've found says he was legally present in the U.S.
