Federal crime for dummies

Please DO NOT COMMIT a federal crime, but if you must.....
[1] Do not take a selfie while committing a federal crime. There is an annoying thing called evidence might help federal agencies get a conviction.
[2] Do not take a video while commit a federal crime. Once again that annoying thing called evidence.
[3] Do not live stream while commit a federal crime.
[4] Do not tweet about it while in the act of committing on.
[5] Do not pose for photos with stolen merchandise from federal buildings.
[6] Do not try to sell stolen merchandise obtained as a result of a crime from a federal building on eBay and other platforms.
[7] Do not post photos, videos of federal crimes committed on facebook, parler or twitter.
So what constitutes a federal crime (for the numb nuts who do not get it) :
[1] Unauthorized and violent entry of federal building armed with tactical gear, zip ties, molotov coctails. It is terrorism. Duh!
[2] Intimidating or threatening US senators and congressmen. Remember they are elected representatives of some region of the US and therefore deserves your respect. Duh!
[3] Insurrection! Duh!

Well, if there is anything we know for sure, a preponderence of these two-bit putschists are indeed dummies.
I long ago foreswore watching politics as entertainment, mainly because the news just seems so unremittingly grim. But i'm sure going to enjoy these next few weeks watching Magatrash get perp-walked & brought to book. And then the next 4 years watching the hammer of Biden's Justice Department drop on all these neo-Nazis & militia wackos that have more or less operated with impunity up to now. The jig is about to be up for these guys.
