Ark has definitely always treated it as a huge game.

We never cared about LSU until Saban started putting out good teams. When the boot trophy was announced, there was a huge uproar online because it was LSU. The history between the schools was so old that most fans had no idea it existed and it had to be explained. That only changed when after LSU won the SEC and Tennessee was removed as a permanent opponent. Arkansas fans were far more excited about playing Tennessee in the 90s.

Don't want players to get paid? Then stop treating college sports as a business. It's that simple.
"College football is a business".

How many times have we heard this said? I think it's killing college sports also, but if you think it's a business, then you have no room to complain about players getting paid.

Thiero announces he will declare for the NBA Draft with a post to his IG account.

I'm actually glad he did. Not just for himself, but I just don't think he's as good as people are making him out to be and we relied on him far too much. He's essentially a better scoring Kamani Johnson, which is a nice thing to have, but not where you put all your eggs for the season.

Our most undervalued player. Watch him declare for the portal and become a lottery pick next year.

Bookmark my post if you want.
We really don't know much yet. Thiero, Aidoo, Fland, Nelly and Z are all gone. Two McDonald's AA are coming in for the backcourt, a 6'9 overseas guy for the frontcourt and we could still add Ament. Lots of rumors about frontcourt transfers and we're really thin there right now. Brazile, DJ, Knox and Richmond all may be back, but I don't think any have declared it yet.

Arkansas has been irrelevant in basketball since 1993

You couldn't have picked a worse year. Lol

The drop for Texas is pretty big... and only Kentucky has been in more tournaments since 2015.

Most of Florida's points have come from their current run in the last 10 years.

I hate Duke, but it was a horrible call and especially for a Final Four game.

Incredible that he's still there.

Issacs has a crystal ball to Ole Miss on 247.

Bama lost a a team that may be the national champs. Who did LSU play?

Sure, but LSU would have kept it within 40.

Dave Van Horn seems like he overachieves.

Nope, he just does a poor job of managing pitching late in the year and pitching wins championships.

Disagree that it's Alabama's ceiling with Oats, but you're right about the game. It's not just off nights, but also because defenses guard the perimeter better in the tournament and that's more effective than guarding better against points in the paint or good sets.

The 3 ball is important, but you don't want to live by it.

I think Cal finally called that timeout.

Good thing Pope used all his timeouts or he would have lost.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever read.

6’5 guard

From Arkansas, Averages 20 ppg and shoots 45% from 3.

Worth noting that he's also done that on 7.7 attempts per game, which is even more impressive. That's 10 ppg on 3pt shots alone.

What amazes me that ND has more Sweet 16 trips than Arkie. Wow.

But just one Final Four and they lost to Arkansas.
Not sure I want to see NC State in Fayetteville again.
