Male athletes in these schools need to stand up too. Block trannies from entering the girl's locker room.

One of the most, if not the most, conservative circuits in the country. They didn't say they believe trans women should be able to compete. They said Trump's EOs ain't law - which they ain't.
You Trumpettes should try doing what your lib counterparts don't do - thinkin' and readin' and shite.
Rubes.

Just once I’d like to see one of these judges daughters get absolutely wrecked in a lacrosse game by a confused man. Just absolutely plowed.

Iran legally allows for gender reassignment surgery (SRS), a policy introduced via a fatwa by Ayatollah Khomeini in the 1980s. The state sometimes views this as a "cure" for homosexuality, and individuals are occasionally pressured into surgery to avoid criminal prosecution for same-sex desires.

Maybe it's time to have men start winning NCAA women's basketball championships and (sue if you have to) take WNBA jobs away from women. Why should high school girls be the only ones f'd over by this craziness?

This will definitely go to the Supreme Court.

SCOTUS has already heard arguments on issue of biological boys/trans girls in girls sports. in 24-43 West Virginia v BPJ.
24-43 West Virginia V BPJ
If I remember correctly the trans side did not fair well. still waiting on the decision.

I hate Minnesota. Anybody who truly believes that biologically-born men should play in women's sports or have access to women's locker rooms, bathrooms, shower facilities, etc. Is either brain-dead, demon-possessed, or both.
This isn't simply a matter of Right vs. Wrong. It's also a matter of Good vs. Evil.

Is the path forward not as simple as some variety of:
Men’s becoming open enrollment
Women’s becoming restricted leagues (using gender or really a variety of reasonable metrics
All have a place to play. Woman don’t get steamrolled. Born a man or transitioned to man? Particularly skilled female? Come to the open league and compete

The Supreme’s are going to have to deal with this eventually.

I for one am hoping that the Dems keep fighting and doubling down on this issue. If they had any sense, they would jettison the trans people. They just can’t let it go.
The left has a long history of courting homosexuals in order to gain power. After that it is electroshock therapy and mental hospitals for isolation.

Minnesota needs to be kicked out of the union.

This is my recollection as well. Jackson will likely side with the trans.

Actually the judges are agreeing with biden's "rule" change to title 9 to include how a person "identifies" while ignoring Trump's executive order.
It should never have been allowed unless the change was voted on and approved by congress. You cant just change the "wording" to an existing law. Its no different than saying....the right to bear arms "as long as they dont use bullets".
But of course you had some liberal judges approve it in the beginning, set court precedence and here we are.
Boy you got the TDS bad and shat boy

Looking over a list of 8th circuit judges, there’s only one that was appointed by a Democrat.
We are effed.
Democrats always appoint the most radically leftist judges they can get away with. Republicans frequently appoint swishes that blow with the wind.
When there is a question about how a court will rule it ALWAYS centers on what the GOP appointees will do because the way Democrat appointees will rule is known the day they are seated, even if that was 50 years ago,

This issue is really no different than the explosion of autistic individuals in the US. Once the "spectrum" was invented and federal money was thrown at it, boom to the moon. You know what qualifies you, the "five second rule". If you dont respond to a question in five seconds, you are autistic. Shat I just realized most wives in America are autistic.....
Biden changes the wording on title 9 to include "identify". During 2016-2020 an average of a little over 4,000 people had genital altering surgery. Yet once trans became a "protected" species we now have millions identifying as such.
Cut the junk and take testosterone blockers and we will talk, otherwise you are a pretender not a playa.

The challenge came from Female Athletes United, which sought a preliminary injunction barring transgender girls from competing on girls’ teams. The group argued that Minnesota’s policy violates Title IX, the federal law banning sex discrimination in education.
Sounds like FAU was making an incorrect argument.
quote:
Writing for the panel, Judge Raymond Gruender said Title IX does not provide a private right of action for the kind of disparate-impact claims FAU brought here. Instead, the court said, private plaintiffs may sue under Title IX only for intentional discrimination.
This doesn’t sound like the court supporting trans athletes competing in female spotrs. It sounds like the court saying, “This isn’t the way to fix it.”, or something like that.
