BREAKING: A federal magistrate has REFUSED to sign off on the DOJ’s charges against Don Lemon, per multiple reports
Just another activist judge running cover for leftists!
There are SEVERAL other avenues AG Bondi can take to charge Lemon, and she intends to take them, per CBS
LOCK HIM UP!

Which according to him, isn't a crime. So, he shouldn't care at all.

What were the grounds for not signing the warrant? Is he, too, claiming that Lemon has a First Amendment Right invade private property to protest?

From whom? Local and state charges won't be brought at all.

Freedom of the press doesn't give you a free pass to trespass on private property, especially after being told to leave.

What we don't know yet -- and is a signficant question -- is whether the Magistrate who refused to sign the complaint for Don Lemon did so because he wasn't convinced the facts set forth provided PC for the criminal charge alleged, or he wasn't convinced that the charge itself is legally applicable to the conduct alleged in the affidavit.
Normally we would not see a rejected criminal complaint because it's not posted on the Court's docket and Lemon is not otherwise charged so DOJ's policy is to not comment about him.
The question now is -- if he was only going to be charged with a FACE Act misdemeanor, will DOJ now charge him via Information and simply bypass the need for a Complaint.
They could do that today.

Bondi failed to obtain a criminal complaint. Her next move would be to try a grand jury indictment.
I have no idea if a grand jury needs to know the name of a person alleged to have committed a crime, but maybe some lawyers here can chime in.
Can someone be indicted by a grand jury with identification as only “John Doe”?

Simply find one that will.
FYI, magistrates are chosen by the district court judges of the district and typically align with those judges (because they are up for reappointment every 10 years). shite judges, shite magistrate.
But it's all good that district court judges also get to chose the interim USAs when the Senate doesn't move nominees.

Which I find interesting if this was the reason not to approve the warrant. Journalist Steven Baker was arrested and charged for entering the Capitol building on January 06, even though he claimed to be a journalist covering the event and was protected by the 1st Amendment.

Watching that video again, reminds me of just how big a POS fig he really is.
Like Gutfeld stated, someone needs to go back in time, give Don video of himself in 2026... to show how far he will fall.
Also, I don't know many 'Christians' who go into ANY sanctuary with their cap/hat on, out of respect for The Almighty.
I'm not supposed to judge, but his actions don't show me anything Christian I practice.

Baker had a better claim. The Capitol is a public building/space.
This magistrate is basically saying if a reporter accompanies a burglar who has broken into my house, I can only swear a complaint against the burglar.
fricking lunacy
