Regarding mortgage fraud…you’d be surprised at how much good ol’ fashioned 1970’s style blockbusting is still going on. Nobody can do it like the NAACP.

Trump has evidence of fraud

you’re missing the whole due process, congressional oversight and the whole point.
You think if a bank, business or even Walmart had documentation showing an employee committed fraud that they wouldn't fire them? Do you really think they would let them work until they were convicted?

I thought a whole process of a mortgage loan and its month long closing is to validate all claims, values, etc of said mortgage.
How are these people skirting around that? Help from insiders at the bank?
The bank underwrites the loan to make sure that it is secured and that the borrower has credit worthiness and capacity to repay. Part of that process includes the borrower completing application documents and financial statements, truthfully, and signing off, saying that the information is correct.
The length of time it takes to get to closing includes underwriting, title searches, appraisals, getting on an attorney schedule, and so forth.
Lenders don’t have the time or resources to go around performing title searches in every state to make sure that the applicant does not own other property. Even then, if they owned other property, it could be rental property or other properties that are not a Homestead.

The documentation is notarized, and President Trump is the Head of the Executive Branch, he doesn't have to show it to anyone in order to fire her.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t the DOJ just announced they’ll investigate, but no findings, no charges, no conviction so far?
So at this time, Cook “has not been charged with any wrongdoing” but Trump has found her guilty?

I’m very happy to be proven wrong. But, if the President can allege that any Governor on the Federal Reserve performed crimes, without providing evidence, and then remove the Governor because of the allegations… Can the Fed really be independent?
There’s nothing to stop future presidents from removing members of the Federal Reserve in that case.
Hopefully, there is hard evidence that this decision is being made off of.

The chick claimed and signed at least two primary residences within weeks of each deal.
Do you, or she, deny this?

He has reasonable proof that fraud has been committed, any employee could be fired for this, her being part of the Fed doesn't make her untouchable.
If they had paperwork showing a clerk at the Fed branch was embezzling do you think they would be fired or kept on all the way through trial?

Same question I asked above: If they had paperwork showing a clerk at the Fed branch was embezzling do you think they would be fired or kept on all the way through trial?
Isn't the mortgage applications hard evidence? If not, what is your standard?

Exactly what is "mortgage fraud"?
I kinda assumed it’s like the HUD scam in Sopranos or something similar

DEI plus mortgage fraud needs to be cleaned up.

If there is true evidence of mortgage fraud, then I think the decision is correct. Right now, as far as I know, there’s no way for any of us to know whether that evidence exists, other than relying on the executive branch to be telling the truth.

I think its claiming multiple primary homes in order to obtain favorable mortgage terms. You could falsify your tax returns I guess to show more income than you really have. You cant really overvalue your home as the bank hires an appraiser to assess home values before doing a mortgage

I believe the 'receipts' with matching signatures have been posted.
