FBI's entrapment of Gen. Flynn was despicable

Federal district judge Emmet Sullivan likewise seems quite perturbed by the latest information about the Flynn case. With Flynn’s sentencing imminent, Sullivan suddenly ordered prosecutors to produce any existent memoranda regarding their conduct of the interview in which Flynn lied.
And for good reason. The investigators’ treatment of Flynn, as described in a memo filed with the court by Flynn’s lawyers, looks like a textbook case of unethical entrapment.

Dershowitz stated this was a gross misuse of FBI resources.
He said these interviews are supposed to be used to obtain new information by asking questions that they don’t have the answer to.
Instead- the FBI showed up transcripts and asked questions they already knew.
He said that I s the definition of a perjury trap,

What part was the trap? Telling him that if he wanted to bring a lawyer, they would have to bring a lawyer, too?
The guy was career military intelligence

Pretty simple they went in with someone they had transcripts of, laid a perjury trap and then threatened him with bankruptcy and his children with criminal charges so they could get a scalp.

Comey was bragging abut how he wouldn't have gotten away with this in a more organized administration as the newly sworn in Trump admin was just finding their sea legs, settling into their new positions and responsibilities and thus they were able to sneak past the White House counsel and higher ups in the admin to be able to talk to Flynn.
If Don McGahn, the new white house counsel, knew about the meeting, he would've never allowed it to happen and most certainly not without an attorney present for Flynn.

FBI agents who conducted his interview signed 302s saying Flynn was truthful in his testimony and the 302s were later adjusted to get him on a process charge of lying to investigagors meanwhile Clinton brings 8 lawyers to an interview , knowingly avoided federal record request, lies to the investigators and not even an attempt to take her to court. It’s weaponized justice - thanks Obama.
