Will be very disappointed if this doesn't happen - there should be a few "conspiracy to interfere with federal election" charges in there too.
Trump should offer a deal - first whistleblower to nail the instigators of this (or any of the other hoaxes) will get a full pardon and restoration of all rights.

Comey should be charged for entrapping General Flynn. He's on Video admitting the setup. No crime had been committed and he sent agents to get him on a process charge
