As for the A-C privilege, it is not absolute.
Because there's no way that could possibly exist

Exactly.
1) Trump said Cohen didn't represent him, so no A-C P.
2) Trump doesn't use emails, so anything went through his secretary or Hicks. If a third party is involved, no A-C P.

If he seeks a TRO, then it is unsurprising that he has to appear.
The issue with his list of clients is that he may only have one. Also, I think any good attorney could come up with a list of active clients off the top of his head. Add to that he is working for a major law firm, which should have a conflicts database from which he could easily obtain a list of his active files.
Y'all can go all Q/conspiracy/deep state on this if you want to. But not really.

I don't know what statements you are referring to or what facts you base your analysis upon, but what you wrote above is perhaps the poorest interpretation of rule 1.6 I've ever seen. Please tell me you aren't a lawyer.

The President's lawyer is asking for Judge Wood to appoint a special master. The SDNY is wanting to use their regular procedure for a filter team. Cohen's lawyer actually asked to do it himself. Don't think that one will fly.

A special master makes sense to me in this situation. Anyway, this is a live tweeting of the hearing, although there are a few out there

That third guy's sphincter's got to be tight hoping he doesn't get outted since all Cohen's doing law-wise these days is hush money.

Yeah. My bet is Don Jr. But who knows?
Judge just declared the name must be disclosed now!
eta: I wonder if Cohen will, and if not will he be held in contempt.

"The letter [from Cohen's lawyers to the Court] said that in 2017 and 2018, Cohen had 'at least ten clients,' but seven of those were business consulting clients whose work did not involve legal advice."

Obviously it's Vladimir Putin.

I don't know what statements you are referring
Do you think there could be priveledged info between Cohen and Trump about the Stormy payoff?

Putin would get a better lawyer than Cohen.

You'd think Trump would have.

I have no idea. I do know claiming emails that went through a secretary means privelege is waived is a poor interpretation of the rule.

Cohen wasn't used for his legal acumen. He was used as a fixer and a shield.

Yeah. That definitely is not right.
A larger problem he might have is that he was not always acting as a lawyer.
