More importantly, are you asking an officer to listen to an order and take it to a lawyer to help him determine whether or not it is a "legal or illegal" order.
This whole idea is nonsense and heads need to roll.
Most guys in the Army are not capable of giving a legal opinion on the orders they are given from ranking members.

If the lawfare continues through the civilian courts, the possibility exist to declare anyone applicable as enemy combatants and try them in military courts.
They are playing a very, very dangerous game and one I assure you they will lose if they continue to seek to undermine the office of the president

Whats wrong is you trying to use “the law and constitution” as a shield from blowback from defending these clowns who tried to convince American citizens that they were being pitted against the military and that the administration was attacking the constitution, and then that the military needed to refuse illegal orders.
And THEN they admitted that they weren’t actually aware of any unlawful orders being given.
What’s most shameful is your pretending that you don’t understand that this was partisan propaganda designed with the direct intent to sew confusion among citizens and weaken our military structure.
