I does depend on what the predicate for the meeting was. It would be one thing if the FBI had asked him for an interview concerning his contacts with Russian affiliates.
It would be an entirely different thing if the meeting was just to discuss operational relations during the transition. = a "get to know you and explain the protocol for exchange of information" type of meeting.
IT is my understanding that Flynn thought it was the latter - NOT an investigative interview.
According to you and FT if an FBI agent asks you "How ya doin?" as they pass you in the hall and you say in passing "Just fine" they can ruin you financially, professionally, and emotionally if they have a source who told them you had complained of a sore back later in the day.
This is all bullshite writ large. Large enough for anyone with eyes and a brain = which eliminates about 3/4 of all DEMOCRATs and 98% of the MSM/Entertainment/Academic environment.

The whole reason Obama Sanctioned the russians in the last hour of his presidency was probably ensare the trump admin into some kind of appearance of collusion.
