But other people who know Shearer say he is not just a Democratic party hack and there is no evidence that his memo was ever sought by Clinton campaign officials.
So Steele sought to verify his information by using the second Dossier
This is the beginning of the second phase of rooting out the corruption.

Exactly, that is why Grassley requested all communications with Sid and Shearer. Also, Cody Shearer is a know Clinton political hack that had no experience in producing these types of documents. The article is being kind by describing Shearer as "a controversial political activist"

This is pretty nauseating information if true. A statement needs to be made with the level of punishment handed down to anyone guilty of participation. Reguardless of party being attacked we should all be appalled.
