Conservatives like to do this thing where they pretend things weren't worse off under Biden because they aren't getting everything they want on their own timeline. Biden’s DOJ actively persecuted conservatives, but because Kash isn't doing enough, it's exactly the same.
Conservatives are perpetual victims of recency bias. Democrats were the most authoritarian during Covid, but that gets ignored because Kash hasn't arrested people. Democrats imprisoned their political opponents, but that gets ignored because Trump hasn't canceled all H1Bs.
Conservatives really struggle with the big picture.

This should be as simple as hitting every single one of those fake arse daycares and having warrants for their list of children/customers. They don't exist, we know it and they know it. That should trigger an immediate arrest. No questions asked.

i have no doubt the day care fraud that has been prosecuted so far was legit, that there's likely much more of it, and that immigrants - legal or not - are involved in quite a bit of it
but...opening a daycare is one of those relatively inexpensive business opportunities that immigrants tend to adopt. same as driving a cab/uber, owning a 7-11 or other franchises, running a cheap hotel, etc. i'm not surprised there are a lot of foreign sounding names coming up. that doesn't mean they're all corrupt. in fact i'd wager most are just hard working people. same as not every bar's a good place to score coke in a strange town, but some are.
while it's important to root our corruption, crime and thievery, imo maga embraces this story bc it's in ilhan and walz's state and involves immigrants. there won't be much mentioned about betty doing the same thing in alabama

From the agencies in charge of the disbursements you nitwit. The part of the state government, ran by the past VP canididate. They are supposed to inspect the businesses, oversee and account for the dispersals, and account for the money spent. And when there is fraud the state should have stepped in. None of that happened apparently.
