Likewise dummy.

Any human discounting the trauma of the mother of 7 schoolchildren to 25 armed, screaming, government thugs entering her home with guns drawn for no legitimate reason as "sensationalist" is an imbecile.

None of that matters. The case was already thrown out of court.
Link to any proof of this claim, other than an assertion from Houck's wife?

My best guess is that they received a demand letter for a civil claim, and she thinks it has been "dismissed" because they have not been sued yet.

If it is/was a criminal case, there is a record of its filing, and I was not able to find any such thing.

You don’t think it would be traumatic for a young child to witness what they witnessed?

Of course you do.

Really, Hank? You are the king of dreaming up scenarios to support your contrarian take. You require others to provide proof? I will enjoy reminding you of that.

Now, is there any question the 72 year old was confronting the 12 year old?

ETA: should have read the entire post before responding. You were talking to the other guy.

Oh, no. We're talking about an adult woman being so traumatized by police officers with rifles that she exaggerated things for dramatic effect.

That's what these idiots are claiming and that's what I think is fricking hilarious.

Meh. Goose gander. I am much more inclined to believe the FBIs actions were much more dramatic than the mother’s response. As are you.

Ignoring sensationalism, the FBI acknowledged they had 15-25 agents with weapons drawn to arrest a man accused of pushing someone and that very man had a lawyer who was in contact with the authorities and they could have asked him to come in?

I'm sure we'd have heard all about it if that were the case.

And the nurse would be whining about it more than he already has.
