86 these FBI agents.
(In the way James Comey meant, obviously)

Simple. Someone just take their phone out and get a picture of the list before that list is destroyed.

What ever are they worried about.

So guilty FBI agents want a judge to help with a coverup. This will probably happen since the federal judiciary is as corrupt as the FBI.

The two lawsuits against the Justice Department were both filed ahead of a 3 p.m. deadline imposed by Acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove, ordering FBI leadership to turn over a list of every FBI employee who helped with the Jan. 6 investigation.
Acting FBI Director Brian Driscoll told staff the list would encompass thousands of employees, including himself.
FBI leadership on Tuesday turned over the requested list of employees who worked on Jan. 6 cases to the Justice Department, but the list did not contain names, according a person familiar with the matter and an internal FBI email seen by Reuters.
In the first class-action lawsuit, a group of anonymous FBI employees said the Justice Department was trying to identify agents to be fired or otherwise punished.
"Plaintiffs reasonably fear that all or parts of this list might be published by allies of President Trump, thus placing themselves and their families in immediate danger of retribution by the now pardoned and at-large Jan. 6 convicted felons," the lawsuit says.
According to the lawsuit, as many as 6,000 FBI employees participated in some manner in the Jan. 6 investigations.
The second lawsuit, filed by the FBI Agents Association, likewise asked the court to protect employees' identities.

Expose every traitor who just followed orders.

I know of absolutely no way to legally mask an officer’s name involved in a prosecution, only their personal info like home address and SSN and such. Not under GA ORA (FOIA), at least. This is stupid and flies in the face of why we have FOIAs in the first place.

Yup how quickly they would have imprisoned all of us if Kamala had declared martial law.
