I read this as....Durham is done interviewing Pienka so he can not be interviewed by the Senate.

Is there anyone who left who believes there were legal reasons for spying on Trump?

They are slow leaking out things to appease. IIRC: there was an article that Barr got a vvv strongly worded letter from the critters warning him about interfering with the election if he does anything.
The mere fact that Maria reported that there is internal fighting @ DOJ over any actions tells me the swamp is swampy.
The institution of and continuing of: govt always comes before justice.
Why did Barr give Obama, Biden a free get out of jail card? Because they are above the law.
If we hear of Warner, Burr, Rubio, Wolfe getting in trouble for leaking top secret info to a reporter and helping to start the coup with McCain & Graham. Then maybe justice will start happening...

Yeah Bongino was talking about this approach yesterday. Drip, drip, drip. Let out small nuggets of information over long periods of time, removing any shock value, and conditioning the public. Ultimately, the public will is gone to do anything about any of this.
