Rand about to compel him to testify since he has a pardon in place?

Back in the day Fauci would have been tarred, feathered , and run out of town on a rail……

lol what a waste of time. Paul looks weak now. Jesus.
Posted on 7/29/26 at 8:02 am to DeBoar
That little cocksucker is already pleading the 5th.
Posted on 7/29/26 at 8:02 am to DeBoar
This is where you need someone like Gill to come in and ask questions that take advantage of Fauci answering with the fifth every time.

Is there any chance his pardon is voided by this?
Posted on 7/29/26 at 8:02 am to DeBoar
I think we need an Attorney General opinion on whether Fauci can plead the Fifth. The Attorney General needs to ask the Courts to rule on it.

No idea but Paul is rolling over like a bitch. Wait until Dems question Fauci and answers them and bashes Paul

Fauci is doing what I thought he would.
There needs to be another strategy to get him to break

What would you suggest he do? Beat him with a cane?
Posted on 7/29/26 at 8:05 am to raceboy
Going back to the Pardon. I thought this came up in earlier hearings that if someone is exempt from any crimes due to pardon, they cannot plead the 5th and can be compelled to answer. If not, held in contempt?
Is that not the case?

That's a good start

All of the questions and answers need to go on record. I think his invoking the Fifth can be reviewed by the Courts to see if he is entitled to it.
