Cheering for injustice. What a loser.

I’m sure the J6er’s should rot in prison as well correct?

LOL the judge used to work for her. How is this not a conflict of interest? Judiciary is so corrupt now.

Here’s a guy cheering on a prosecutor pursuing a political case and hiring her unqualified frickbuddy to give him hundreds of thousands of public money.

You won!

Yeah, I wouldn’t be celebrating this. Wade being removed gives GA prosecutor the ability to go charge her with perjury, fraud, and slew of other charges. Her preceding and this ruling opens that door.

The legal "profession" has become a joke.

It arguably reopens grounds to get the judge recused.

Fani had some not so nice things to say about Wade on the stand. If she agrees to take him off the case, let’s hope he turns on her. I would not be surprised. Why should she get away with perjury but he is the fall guy? Come on, Nathan. Take her down with you lol.

The decision is for him or her to go?

So it was 100% wrong but it can continue?

Judge is either scared or worried about his position.

Clearly reflects bias stemming from his prior work FOR her as a subordinate.

I haven't seen the ruling posted to read it all but the snippet that was quoted in the other thread did not reflect what you were claiming. At all. The quote in the other thread called her out to about the extremes that I imagine a judge would be allowed to do so while maintaining proper decorum and propriety.

It may appear today that she won but in the long term she loses and this could eventually help Trump's defense.

I think the Georgia Senate will continue its investigation and ultimately find wrong doing by Willis and/or her office and the Governor will remove her from office.

BREAKING NEWS: Judge Scott McAfee has GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART the motion to disqualify Fulton County DA Fani Willis.

Bottom line: either Willis steps aside, along with her entire office OR Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade withdraws. A decision must be made, per McAfee.

The Court found that there was NO evidence of an actual conflict of interest. However, he did find that the "prosecution is encumbered by an appearance of impropriety." And "as long as Wade remains on the case, this unnecessary perception will persist."

The Court "finds itself unable to place any stock" in the testimony of Terrence Bradley. McAfee also said Robin Yeartie's testimony "lacked context and detail." And he considered the Wade cellphone info but said it didn't say conclusively when the relationship started.

The Court also denied the motions to dismiss the indictment.

The Court ruled that there was "no material financial benefit" derived by Willis in hiring and engaging in a personal relationship with Wade.
