First, our modern day Leonardo isn't smart enough to see the relationship between our federal government (Democrats), the state (Democrats) and local city (Democrats). That money is coming from ALL of us tax payers, just like the funds (I'm sure he supports) going to the liberation of Ukraine.
As others have stated... he got what he voted for... except in this case, he probably didn't even vote.
