Alex Jones’s personal account was suspended for “bullying.” I will not be surprised if YouTube soon bans Alex. Let’s go through a run down of Facebook’s hypocrisy, banning conservatives but turning a blind eye to violent liberals.

-Madonna, Snoop Dogg, Big Sean, etc have all made threats, not banned on Facebook
-BLM chanted about cops saying “pigs in a blanket, fry them like bacon,” not banned on Facebook
-CNN doxxed, harassed, and threatens a child with blackmail for creating a gif meme, not banned on Facebook

I could go on. It’s a double standard.

Well FB and Twitter lost BILLIONS in the market the past week, so we the people are making our grievances pretty clear.

I reported a user to Facebook that prayed that someone would assassinate our president.

4 days later Facebook I received the message that he broke no community rules. Same day Facebook claimed all threats of violence or inciting violence was against community standards in a response to congress.

I just watched the “debate” between Piers Morgan and Alex Jones. Good God, is Jones ALWAYS that psychotic? I wish he would stop mentioning Texas. It is embarrassing.

Only two things olddawg cares about in life and that is defending Obama and making false equivalences towards posters on this board

Typically, I would agree that censorship is bad, but I also believe a private business is free to make decisions about its own business.

Being outraged about it and demanding private businesses cater to YOUR desires to see Alex Jones loses me, as I believe we should all be advocates for less government intrusion into how a private business operates.

Alex Jones, and others, have options (although, my understanding is his channel on YouTube/Facebook is still up). They can use Vimeo. I like Vimeo. His website can use videos hosted on Vimeo. There's also DailyMotion, so, there are options and that's how the free market should work. Alex Jones will, of course, take this as an opportunity to do his usual lunatic act, ranting and raving, yelling and screaming, pounding his desk and creating anger towards YouTube or Twitter by those who easily succomb to to his type of "journalism". It's to be expected, but you seem more intelligent than the type that would allow a charlatan like AJ to get you riled up. You seem to be posting fewer and fewer Mark Dice videos, which shows that you're maturing as a poster, and many of your posts seem substantive, so I'll give you a pass on this AJ nonsense, but you should look at the bigger picture.

Does YouTube or Twitter have a right as private businesses to decide what content they freely host? Yes.

Are there alternatives in the marketplace? Yes.

Are businesses that want to post videos free to post them in other hosting sites? Yes.

Does Alex Jones use this as an opportunity to incite his viewership? Yes.

Where's the problem?

Facebook stock crashing is no coincidence. Their only “customers” will be old women and young girls taking pictures of their Applebee’s pasta dish.

Really, unless you have business reasons for ever using Facebook, why go there? Just say no.
