Drastically weakened signature protections, new 9 day process for adding mail-ins, Election Day moved by 3 days?, multiple ballots in one envelope, only one investigator.

quote:

One of the law’s worst flaws rests in its approach to signature verification, which apologists for the mail-in voting used in June’s primary elections were quick to cite as a reliable safeguard against error. However, the new law drastically weakens existing safeguards by loosening the signature verification requirements.

Section 23, for example, provides that, “There is a reasonable question of fact as to whether the signature used for the mail ballot matches the signature of the voter if the signature used for the mail ballot differs in multiple, significant and obvious respects from the signatures of the voter available in the records of the clerk.”

quote:

The signature verification safeguards are further eroded by the law’s allowance for multiple ballots to be submitted in a single envelope, with just a single signature required on the envelope — and no signature requirement for the enclosed individual ballots.

quote:

Also problematic is the provision that ballots received by election officials without a postmark for up to three days after Election Day be considered valid by default. This may sound like it would be an uncommon occurrence, until one considers that the law requires clerks to send out ballots along with a return envelope that “must include postage prepaid by first-class mail.” Since the post office doesn’t usually apply postmarks to prepaid envelopes, most mail ballots will come back without a postmark date — meaning it’ll be anybody’s guess as to when all of these ballots were actually cast.

Mickey Goodmill still thinks there is zero chance of fraud this election.

This specific piece spells out disasters waiting to occur. On top of this in Nevada the Gov of PA (a state trump won) is asking courts to accept ballots up until Nov 6, no stamps/verification required, lax rules on signature verification.

While I do agree 100 percent that democrats will commit fraud, shouldn’t republicans be planning to do the same?

It is just sad for the country as there is absolutely no reason for any of this to be happening. It is obvious corruption of the highest order.

The universal mail-in-voting shenanigans are things we expect from dictators in third world countries and not the United States. We should be doing normal absentee voting with some extended exceptions for COVID-19 and voting in person.

This is why there is a fight over the post office. Heavy red or leaning red areas will have votes cast that will never show up. The 25 billion the dems want to give the USPS is to bribe and build incinerators to cover the trail of evidence.

The USPS union and workers are in an uproar because this new guy is about to force than to be efficient and they will lose overtime in the future.

The union is actively colluding with the democrats in my opinion.

This going to be like 2000 Florida x50. Leftists clearly like their chances with Roberts on the court.

Congrats Leftists. We’re third-world now.

Of course they should if these are the "rules of the game" - but since the 'rules of the game' are that 'everyone will be honest' then the overwhelming majority of GOP voters witll do the right thing - and there will be no backroom shenanigans to skirt the rules.

On the other hand, voter fraud is one of the DEM 'privileges' = they live by it and this just provided them the most massive opportunity that can be imagined,

This election will be outright overwhelmed with voter fraud and 90% of it will be from the DEMs.

Worse though, if they can drag on the controversy and delays in counting, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is appointed as Interim President per the Constitution.

There was a hearing in Georgia last week in a lawsuit involving similar issues.

Regardless of each of our personal opinions or thoughts on the matter, the idea of executive order directly addressing the issue is not off the table.

Landslide is incoming. Mail fraud won't be enough.
Too many states will flip to Trump, and he's not losing any he won last time around.

This is me as well. I can feel it in my bones, and in my plums. One can observe the Democrats and MSM at any and all times clearly frantic, frustrated, clearly lacking confidence, and continue to be desperate to jump on anything and everything that remotely resembles a hit job on Trump.

Then there's Trump, cool as a cucumber, brimming with confidence, dutifully keeping the little pupils in line at press conferences. Acosta always last in the lunch line because he's a chronic discipline problem.

Really though, it's clear one side's in full command of the situation, the other frantic and desperate.
