Maybe they have a certain time in mind which is related to the midterm elections to start charging and prosecuting people for the most egregious crimes that will help the GOP defeat the Democrats in the midterms and in 28.

Well the guy referenced in OP isn't actually an FBI agent. He's a MAGA content creator who relies on his former status to establish credibility.
He is just throwing out hot takes and hiding behind an argument from authority. He's not making rational arguments, just getting clicks.
