UK can enlist the millions of Muslims they’ve taken in to protect them.

It’s certainly not in their best interests

Can a European leader explain the purpose of continuing this conflict?

They will likely CLAIM that any capitulation to Putin just opens the door for more Russian aggression. I’m not God, but I don’t see it.

We'll sell them some rockets.

Anything further we send them is costing lives that could otherwise be saved. Let's not be complicit in the deaths of many more men and women.

Our way forward with Moscow is to not ignite ww3 period. The UN and NATO are desperately pushing for ignition.

There is no actual chance of WW3 over Ukraine. It would make zero sense for anyone involved. I don't give any credence to public statements as a measure of intention on things like this.

Europe is that crazy hot chick who’s spoiled but you finally had enough of her but she refuses to let you break up with her.
Spot fricking on.

I was dating a Dolly Parton clone. Body, Hair, Face. Just amazing.

Also a lush.

I was sick of her shite real quick. Had decided I was gonna' bail after the current date we were on, anyway, but took her to breakfast around 2:30am. We had just sat down, and she's drunk as shite, and there's these two Banditos or Hell's Angels guys sitting there and she started flipping them the bird and snarled, "What the frick are you looking at?'

I looked behind me, saw those two, stood up, threw two twenties on the table, told the waitress standing, "Call her a cab. I'm out." and I looked at the hot chick and said, "You're crazy." Then left.

The two biker guys probably offered her a ride home and spit-roasted her.

That means 2 or 3 European countries might actually agree to provide limited resources and the US would have to pick up the slack if we were the back up.

No it doesn't. "We support their mission, but will not participate in it"

There. Done.

I used to hate this in college. The little guys would run their mouth because they figured their bigger friends would protect them.

I get that, but that's not really a strategy either.

Was the exact analogy I gave my son.
Big kid protects little kid on playground. It works.
Then little kid starts pushing big kids around abusing the good graces of the big kid.
Big kid checks out and says good luck pip squeak.

NATO should have been dissolved after the fall of the soviet union. it has been an organization without purpose as such it's been a vehicle to spread american hegemony and create silly mischief around the world.
