Probably, but you’re encouraging or emboldening my viewers to not only stop watching but to cut cable to deny us subscription fees

Which our entire business is based on. It’s a more direct version of what hill did

SVP was good on radio. He's nonexistent in his late night role.

I don't think anyone is cutting their cable package. They're just not watching ESPN until a sporting event comes on.

Network has fallen mightily.

Stopping all TV and instead doing quality reading is a recipe for success in life.

Appears to me that all the people who actually know sports are getting fired and all that are left are noisy pundits, minorities, and sjws.

Hahaha, I never watch any of there stupid stuff. I only turn on ESPN to watch an LSU football game. As soon as there is a way I can by an LSU game and watch it over the internet, I will cancel all my cable and directv.

So in this scenario reading books is dumb and watching cable television is smart?

Watch me or you are dumb. Scott must have realized how simplistic that false choice was right after he said it. For the record, ESPN bored me long before this latest drama. It wasn’t so much the Progressive spin at first, it was the reliance on network- wide lazy narrative . SVP being a notable exception to that . If they all were as first rate as SVP I’d be a customer.

And as for “ reading books by candlelight like olden times” I’d recommend that to anybody. Or family movie night . Or binge watching a netflix series. Or one of the other far superior options now available to me with our new media .

I’ve walked 40+ miles this week so far . I’ve listened to hours of podcasts in that time . I feel much healthier and smarter than sitting around watching Progs emote about social issues interspersed with sports clips . It’s just not compelling .ESPN IS “ like olden Times” to me. It’s 1995.

Yep. I even cancelled netflix and all stuff. Life is pretty damn good. Has nothing to do with any espn progressive bias, I just was not into most stuff on the tube. Lots to do in the world....

I turn to ESPN to watch the games, to see scores and highlights, and to find out what's going on with the different teams. I don't watch to see what the talking heads think about politics, I don't turn on the sports to learn about this gripe or that cause, and I certainly don't turn to ESPN to see what freak show they are promoting this week.

In addition to most cable tv being of no educational value while simultaneously being boring, it is mostly a non-stop corporate/CIA advertisement/propaganda platform.
