Fox News Link

They finally fired him after 5 years, being cleared by the DOJ, and grand jury. With De Blassio coming out and bashing him at the debates there is diffidently a bias against him. If it was me I would sue and make the $5 million settle NYC paid Garner's family look like chump change.

Why not the supervising officer who was on the scene watching all of this unfold?

What were their demographics again? Black female I think... Guess I answered my own question!

So, the cops shouldn't enforce the laws passed by the legislature?

Criminal trial or internal NYPD disciplinary hearing?

I haven't heard anything about Kizzy in a year or so.

No problems with this. He lost his job, but he's not looking at jailtime. It's not too steep a price for killing someone

What do you think is a more appropriate punishment for this crime, a small fine or death?

Showed a short clip of the Gardner family at the microphones and of course ol' race hustler Sharpton is right there.

If small fines are the "appropriate" punishment for trying to beat up a bunch of cops, a lot of people will beat up cops. When a perp initiates a fight to resist arrest, HE made the decision to fight. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

Why not just follow the law and not resist arrest?
