Will they be “revisiting” the policies which are causing catch and release of crooks but prosecution of civilians that stop them?

No, that virtue signal is still in play.

Works until either the crooks hurt a NYC politician or the people string up one of these DAs from a lamppost.

It was allll fun, games, smiles, and champagne when it was done to poke back at Donald Trump and republicans.
Well Mayor Adams…….. where are the national democrats who were behind you 100% during that?

Central Park has a lot of room for more tents and portable facilities.
Room absolutely isn’t an issue.

All good when it was affecting the border states only.

Once again we learn that those who don’t face the daily ramifications of our broken border virtue signal and judge those of us who do.
When theory becomes actual real world outcomes, suddenly these issues matter.

Vets and upcoming West Point graduates getting kicked out of their hotel rooms for these illegals should be bigger news.
I hope kumalas WP speech gets drowned out by the families of grads that are now scrambling to figure where to stay before the ceremony.

Progressives do not understand cause/effect.

My question is how much does this sanctuary law cost per day and how much is this really hurting the NYC bottom line? I ask this because the prior articles about tax base flight from NYC the last several years and now an influx in cash outflows stresses an already upside down budget.
Sanctuary cities were a great leftist idea that provided wonderful PR with their payout contingent on those seeking refuge to traverse over the border and then across the entire US for this policy to come into effect. By the US government weakening the border protections and Abbott providing transport, that golden idea with no tangible cost and great PR is now a lead anchor.

Said every Southern border state never.

I'll never understand why it took the governors of these border states to start bussing them directly to non-border state sanctuary cities. It seemed like the biggest win-win solution for all involved

Chickens —> Roost
make liberals live up to their empty platitudes. it’s the only way forward for the next generations to try to force rational thought

If they think the few that have been send there is a crisis we need to send a couple hundred thousand more.
