This is correct. These were prostitutes and were paid. It’s much more likely they have kept quiet because then they quickly go from hero “survivors” that were part of massive settlements $$$ to being exposed as to what they really were - sexually mature teenagers partying on tropical island and in return they fricked old rich men.
There might be a couple abhorrent cases mixed in, but the majority were the above. There were zero prepubescent children being sex trafficked around

Its probably more than a couple but more importantly is who were the men involved with those abhorrent cases. Also.between the more extreme cases of abuse and just straight prostitution there was likely grooming into prostitution..

Many have made financial settlements and have signed NDA's. They are legally bound to keep quiet.

Most likely explanation was that Epstein was blackmailing people for personal gain & profit, not that he was working on behalf of intelligence.
If he was a intelligence asset, why would they be going after Prince Andrew and Bill Gates?
