Defunding, allegations of racism, and lack of internal support from the chief's office (e.g., BR) are definitely breaking the morale of a lot of departments.

One would assume, and I think rightfully so, that when you lose seasoned veterans, you’re going to be left with a much worse situation than you had previously in abuse of power, or perhaps a very anemic and unresponsive police force. We’ll see how that works out in the long and short.

2400 population. Exists because of two power plants having been built and operate there. Most of the town works for the Utility.
My bet? Possible handful of hard working, no nonsense, blacks in the City.

I disagree. I know of a town of maybe 1500 and w/o police the town would break down rather quickly.

Well, there is one small town in Missouri that won't be shaking their citizen down through speeding tickets and other nuisance violations... I guess the county Sherriff will have to do it now.

Things like this need to happen on a very large scale. It is the only thing that will make those weak cowards on the Supreme Court step up and actually defend freedom and the Constitution like they are sworn to do!!

You may be right.
Then again, there is no such thing as a real world utopia. Crime will exist even under the scenario that you painted. As such, what will the protocol be for instances going forward where a police officer is normally needed?

This a town outside of Branson on the Table Rock Lake. Lots of retired people, snowbirds. and rednecks. They don’t have a high school. It’s a few minutes from Branson West and Silver Dollar City.
Grandparents lived there in 90’s for around 2 years after they retired. Nice area

Sadly, yes, Progressives are happy. This is all in the master plan. It’s all about the federal military taking total control through Marshall law. This has been well thought out, and planned, for a very long time.
