I would love to do an interview with someone invested in the pronoun word salad. It would be great to get something wrong and have they/them/he/her/spacecraft file some type of complaint against me to deal with. Or I could just avoid that potential mess……..

"Wise" and "HR" do not belong in the same sentence, but I get your point about someone in the hiring process concluding that a "they/them" person is probably more trouble than it is worth.

If you have a dick and think you're a female, I'm not trusting your decision making even to push buggies. Hell you'd probably turn the wheels sideways and spend your whole shift in the parking lot trying to figure out why the buggies aren't moving.

I mean hell if you can't figure out if you have a dick, all hope is lost for you

Have thrown away every single one that even has a pronoun listed, let alone them/they.
