Agreed. But then someone is going to have to explain how CONSPIRING to commit a non-crime then becomes a bigger crime than the non-crime itself.
Doesn't seem that a NDA for an extremely high-profile individual is going to be very effective without taking a few steps to cover one's tracks, legally.

I agree with you on one thing, MSNBC, CNN, and other left leaning networks have a totally opposite view of DJT, the hate is palpable. If I were you that alone would make me suspicious.

What you're seeing is intense and desperate Deep State opposition fueled by a complicit mainstream media to push a narrative of an out of control presidency. They are desperately throwing every bit of s### they can find and throwing it against the wall.
