CNBC had a Democrat house member (Indian guy, don’t recall his name) on yesterday, and he was asked directly if he would vote for a clean CR. He said absolutely. Guess who voted no last night. They flat out lie, vote in lockstep, and don’t care.

Nice deflection. Over under on how many posts your government leech arse has on the board today? I say 100. Because what else does a leech have to do other than sit around and bitch about Trump. You aren’t working.

Don't get me wrong, Trump approved plenty of excess spending but trying to put it all on him is simply ridiculous as Nancy, Chuck and Mitch had far more control over it than did Trump.
That said, GOP members approving all that spending is a big part of the reason why I am against suspending the debt ceiling at all. Raise it just enough to get us a month or two beyond inauguration, then start forcing Congress to live within its means.
Suspending it for two fricking years???

Every day that goes by, the Democrats lose a little more leverage. They lose a lot on leverage on 1/3 when the Rs take over the Senate. They lose all leverage on 1/20 when Trump takes over as President. Seems like Rs are not overly concerned about a Shutdown.
