I would say it is. He declined the board position so he could buy it outright.

I see he's only offering to buy it.. those other shareholders will never willingly sell their shares. Twitter is a goldmine for setting narratives and pushing them out. No way they give that up.

Good- twatter should have never fricked with his bros over at the Babylon Bee. Elon had been pretty vocal about his dislike about twatter's censorship, but it was within a week of twatter removing BB that he made his first move.

Not how it works. In a cash sale, shareholders are given a premium price for their shares (usually) and then the shares are canceled.
