How do we know this isn't Trump caving in? Trump needs Elon back in the fold and agrees to some concessions as long as Elon delivers a public apology. Not saying thats what happened but I think its a possibility, especially if Elon smooths over the Epstein stuff.

Ok, I really don’t know what Trump said about it, didn’t seem like much, but I did see the things Elon was posting and think Trump has a right to respond without qualifying as shitposting.

He said he went too far and regretted it. Why is there a need to get into semantics about whether he apologized or said he was wrong? If a man says they regret doing something because they went to far, take them at their word that they violated their own standards.
