if his name ain't "Jim Bob" or "Cletus," he is automatically an illegal alien.

I'd say you should just shut up before this backfires on you but your hard headed arse doesn't care.

How do you figure?

That's the kind of information that is so routinely omitted in news accounts that it tends to indicate that he was indeed an illegal. Of course, that is a guess that too often proves to be true.

I've also noted that the new arrivals often haven't been house broken yet.

Or did you just see a Latino-sounding name and make that assumption?
Yes and it's justified.

Same media that the “Coulter’s Law” is so successful at predicting an assailant based simply on time of omission of basic descriptions?

Yep. Teens and youths can pretty much spot on describe race of the perpetrator.

It’s Pavlovian. Like seeing “AggieHank” and naturally assuming you’re about to read some nonsensical pantywaist bullshite.

Thrteen percent of Latinos in the US are illegal, so there is obviously a CHANCE that he is correct.

The entertaining element here is the near-automatic assumption that this individual is one of that thirteen percent. It is positively Trumpian.

Yep. What are the odds of a legal immigrant moving to Opelika Alabama and placing a woman in a chokehold and dragging her into an alley?

The NYTimes published an odd factoid some years ago noting that most the Latinos in Texas were actually born in Puerto Rico based on their birth certificates.

I wonder who much one of those costs?

Hopefully a condition for bail is boarding a bus to a sanctuary city. They LOVE illegal alien criminals, especially rapists. Only illegal alien homeless murderers rank higher on DemProgFilth list of love.
